Why is my breast fed newborn baby constipated?

She is three weeks old, she has a regular diet of breast milk with a little organic goats milk mixed in, and every once in a while she gets constipated and she has thrown up curdled milk twice now, she seems to not mind spitting up, but she hates being constipated. Help please, I don't want my baby in pain.
