Can I make a salad dressing with soy yogurt and vinegar?
I do, I even make vegan mayo with tofu, you can add some extra vinegar and the yougart to make a ranch like dressing, what I do is soak my dried and fresh herbs,garlic and then make the mayo, you use all the same ingredients as egg mayo, but the tofu is the egg product alternative, I make it in a blender, then split it into my ranch type or dressing, I make a onion dip with the rest, in it I use fried onions from an Asian store. There is not dairy or fat to curdle with soya yougart, so it will not curdle, it may split if you add to much, 1 tablespoon is about the most I would use
