This is a question for people with spiritual gifts . Help ?

So , I've been having troubles for the last couple of days . I always wake up around 2:30 & I'm not able to go back to sleep . At three is when it starts . First I hear walking in my hallway . Then here's the freaky part , I hear a girl screaming for help . It's a blood curdling scream . She screams it twice . Then I hear a man . I can't tell what he's saying . It's to gravily for me to understand & it's like he's whispering . I even go up to my door to try to hear . I never can understand . Then I hear a huge thump . Like someones just fallen . Usually by then I'm to scared to move . It doesn't help much I'm terribly afraid of ghosts . They are my worst fear . Also , I've noticed over the years I can sence , hear , & see ghosts . So , I hide from them but they always find me . Like at my Dad's there's this ghost or demon . It has black hair , white eyes with no pupils & it has scratches all over it . Whenever it's around you feel a cold breese . I've caught it on tape . That's why I know what it looks like . & when I did catch it on tape it was an accident . But it likes to touture you . It keeps you awake & scares you . Once at my Dad's I saw a vision or I was in a trance . It was of my cat . It started to deform . It's bones started to move to where it's head was where it's tail should be & then it jumped at me . I've been through alot . This isn't a joke . What do I do & what does this stuff mean ? Also , I live in a brand new home . Nobodys lived here , but on my property somebody was shot on the land .
