Chest Pains, should i go to Hospital?

Ok so for over a month now i've been experiencing chest pains that come and go as they like through the days. It's hard to describe, it kinda feels like someones crushing the insides of my chest and sometimes my stomach feels like it's curdling. For the first time last night i also experienced a slight bit of back pain. I just went onto the 'Symptom checker' on the NHS website and put my chest pain symptons in, on the last page it said 'dial 999 now you need an ambulance' or something along those lines, but at the moment i feel fine but i know that the pains will be back later today or tommorow some time. I'm booking an appointment at the doctors for monday/tuesday but i'm wondering if i need to go be seen now?
