How do I make/substitute buttermilk?
I read somewhere that you can substitute it by adding 1 tablespoon of vinegar to 1 cup of milk and let it stand for 5 minutes. I did that but it doesn't curdle at all even after 10 minutes. Is it supposed to be like that?
