16 and have horrible insomnia and anxiety?
You should not be taking sleeping pills or marijuana when you are pregnant. That is incredibly bad for the baby. I know you're pregnant cause of your other questions. Go jog for a little bit or USE your energy, you will sleep better. If you drink coffee or any caffeinated drink try to stop, it will help you sleep at night. I advice you to visit the doctor if you need specific advice on what you should and should not take. Asking people on yahoo is risky because you don't actually know who is licensed to give you such advice. Best of luck with the baby and everything!
